We truly believe that extra-curricular activities such as cheerleading and dance prepare children and young people for a successful future, teaching them skills such as teamwork, commitment, perseverance and organisational skills. Members of the Flames are encouraged to fulfill their full potential in every aspect of their life, and we are proud to be home to a team just bursting with intelligent, confident and kind athletes who are always supporting each other and the other teams they meet along the way.
We are so proud that Sara's dedication to the sport and to her career has been recognised and we know she will be an inspiration to the female and male members of the program!

Go Coach Sara!
On 8th of March 2015 we took our tiny-senior dance teams to Jamfest Northern Jam at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool. All of our teams had tough competition but performed in an outstanding way! We couldn't be prouder of the teams, they truly left everything on the floor! Results were:
Mini Flames (Tiny Pom) - 2nd Place!
Sparklers (Mini Pom) - 4th Place!
Heatwave (Youth Pom) - 2nd Place!
Inferno (Junior Pom) - 2nd Place!
Dynamites (Senior Pom) - 4th Place!
And to add to the excitement, our youth pom Heatwave were also awarded the SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD for their super energetic and smile-filled performance!
Well done teams! Now it's time to work hard and perfect our routines even more ready for our next competition!
