RHF Allstar is our elite programme for dancers. RHF Allstar dancers train to the highest standard in order to compete at National and International competitions throughout the UK and across the World. Dancers train multiple times a week in pom, choreography and technique and commitment is vital.
Red Hot Flames Allstar follow the age grid set out by SportCheer England. This allows us to split our dancers into the following age divisions:
Tiny: Age 6 and under (age as of August 31st at the start of the season)
Mini: Age 9 and under (age as of August 31st at the start of the season)
Youth: Age 12 and under (age as of August 31st at the start of the season)
Junior: Age 15 and under (age as of August 31st at the start of the season)
U16: Age 11-16 (in competition year)
Senior/International Open: Age 15+ (age as of August 31st at the start of the season)
